We held three trainings for professionals on risk assessment and risk management

The Autonomous Women’s House Zagreb organized training for professionals who provide support to women survivors violence on risk assessment and risk management. The trainings could be attended in person in Zagreb and via Zoom.

The goal of the training was to strengthen capacities and exchange experiences among representatives of institutions such as the police, judiciary and social welfare services by raising awareness about the effectiveness of risk assessment, by encouraging the continuous application of risk assessment in cases of close partner violence against women.

The trainings were held by AWHZ’s lawyer Sanja Bezbradica Jelavić and external associate Valentina Andrašek.

A total of 270 representatives of institutions participated in the trainings.
