What do we provide in the Shelter?
The Shelter is a safe place at a confidential address for women survivors of male violence (by current/former/husband/common-law partner/boyfriend) and their children.

In the Shelter, we provide free of charge:

• accommodation at a safe and secret location for a period of up to one and a half years
• counselling and support for women, including mediation between women and institutions (social services, judiciary, police, healthcare, educational and other institutions)
• psychological support and therapy for women and their children
• work with children
• legal counselling and representation

What do we provide in the Counselling Centre?
The Counselling Centre for women is a confidential space for women who need support, anonymity, information, counselling, and guidance related to violence against women.

In the Counselling Centre, we provide free of charge:

• telephone counselling: information and guidance on your rights and how to exercise them, as well as on how to protect yourself from violence
• in-person counselling: emotional and psychological support and safety planning
• psychological counselling and support
• legal counselling: legal advice and the drafting of legal documents (lawsuits, appeals) as needed
