Women’s counseling center

Savjetovalište za žene Autonomne ženske kuće Zagreb je povjerljivo mjesto za žene koje trebaju The Women’s Counselling Centre of the Autonomous Women’s House Zagreb is a confidential place for women who need support, information, counselling, and guidance regarding the violence they have survived. Support at the Women’s Counselling Centre is free and anonymous.

At the Women’s Counselling Centre, we provide the following services for free:

• Telephone counselling: Information and guidance on your rights and how to exercise those rights, as well as advice on how to protect yourself from violence.
• In-person counselling: Emotional and psychological support, as well as safety planning.
• Psychological counselling: Psychological support and counselling.
• Legal counselling: Legal advice and drafting legal submissions (lawsuits, appeals, urgent requests…) as needed.

The counselling team consists of experts who will use their knowledge and skills to help you find a solution to your problem. The team includes psychologists, lawyers, and counsellors specializing in violence against women. Call the free helpline for women at 116 016, available on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
